Meet Michele Seeley LCMHC
You’re already stronger than you think you are.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned in my life that I apply to every therapy client I see, it’s that…
LIFE DOESN’T END AFTER ONE BAD EVENT
Are you ready to make a change?
You’re in the right place.
I love helping adults break free from patterns that keep them stuck, develop healthy boundaries, and build lives that feel more authentic and fulfilling.
Over the years, I have worked in both private practice and community mental health settings, helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, attachment-focused approach that helps clients better understand themselves, develop healthier patterns, and create meaningful change in their lives and relationships.
Earlier in my career, I spent three years volunteering and working as an adult advocate for survivors of domestic violence, assisting clients with obtaining protective orders and navigating the judicial system. That experience deepened my understanding of trauma, resilience, and the courage it takes to move forward after difficult experiences.
When I'm not working with clients, you'll likely find me spending time with family and friends, knitting, crocheting, or searching for my next favorite yarn. Creativity has always been an important form of self-care for me, and I appreciate the calm and focus that fiber arts bring to my life. I also have a lifelong love of animals, and anyone who knows me would tell you that my answer to anything involving animals is almost always an enthusiastic "yes!"
